All prices are including cleaning after rental.

Rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday, Arrival from 2:00 pm, departure latest at 10:00 am. Though it is possible to arrange differently. Please ask for specific requests.

Rental conditions:

Nonsmoking inside, Smoking on terrace is allowed.

1 small dog is allowed.

Linen and towel rental per person: 10 EUR/75 DKK.

Laundry at departure, collected and placed together.

Cleaning is mandatory (included in rental).

Terms of Payment:

A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is paid within 5 days after booking. The rest has to be paid 4 weeks prior to the rental period. At bookings later than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is paid within 5 days.

Cancellation: With written cancellation earlier than 4 weeks prior to booking, the full deposit will be returned.

At cancellation until 2 weeks prior to the booking period, 50 % of the paid amount will be returned.

No refund if at cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Keys will be handed out at arrival!
